Case sensitivity refers to the ability of search engines to distinguish between upper and lower case letters. Search terms entered in lowercase letters are case insensitive. Most search engines are not case sensitive but others may distinguish between lowercase and the uppercase letters. The use of capitalized terms makes the search case sensitive.
